Furthermore, you are strictly prohibited from showing or sharing the application screen with anyone who is not authorized to view it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services or the provision of the application to any user at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TS Japan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
